Is this one product or several?
One product. Most firms start with Meetings and CRM. Operator puts agents and your people on the same jobs across the firm, and Enterprise adds the controls larger firms need.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Meetings and CRM is free to trial for 15 days. A card is required to start, and you can cancel any time before the trial ends.
Does it work with Claude, Copilot or ChatGPT?
Yes, from the first tier. Your Alcova context comes into your own chat, whether that’s Claude, Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT, so you can work against your firm’s information from the tool you already use.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Meetings and CRM is month to month, cancel any time. Operator runs on an annual agreement, with better pricing on multi-year.
What happens past 20 users?
Pricing moves to Enterprise, scoped to the number of users, the workflows you put on Operator and how deep the integrations go. Talk to us.
Can we start small and bring the firm in later?
Yes. Most firms start with Meetings and CRM for one or two people and grow into Operator across the team. Nothing you set up early gets thrown away.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
