Is this one product or several?
One product, Operator. The tiers are different ways to buy it, depending on whether one adviser is using it or the whole firm.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Meeting transcription and file noting are free to trial for 15 days. A card is required to start, and you can cancel any time before the trial ends.
What does the MCP tier add?
It brings your Alcova context into your own chat, whether that’s Claude, Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT, so you can work against your firm’s information from the tool you already use.
Is there a minimum commitment?
On your own, it’s month to month, cancel any time. Across the firm, Operator runs on an annual agreement, with better pricing on multi-year.
What happens past 20 users?
Pricing moves to Enterprise, scoped to the number of users, the workflows you put on Operator and how deep the integrations go. Talk to us.
Can I start solo and bring the firm in later?
Yes. Most firms start with one or two advisers and grow into Operator across the team. Nothing you set up early gets thrown away.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
None on your own. Firm onboarding is included in the annual agreement.
